How often do I need to change the filter?
Depending on how many pets are drinking from the fountain, the charcoal filter should be rinsed with cold water and replaced about 1–2 times a month.
Can I put it in the dishwasher?
Yes — all non-electrical parts are dishwasher safe. If limescale builds up, you can also soak them in white vinegar.
How much water does it hold?
The fountain holds up to 2.36L (80oz) of water, enough for a single pet or a multi-pet household between refills.
What's included in the box?

How do I clean the pump?
Unplug the fountain, disassemble and rinse the turbine under water, remove any hair or debris, then reassemble and turn the wheel a few times to check the alignment before plugging back in.
