How many times a day can this feeder dispense food?
It can be programmed for up to 4 meals a day, with up to 12 portions (about 8g each) per meal, so you control exactly how much and how often your pet eats.
What type of food does it work with?
The feeder is designed for dry kibble between 5–12 mm in size. It isn't suitable for wet food or very fine, powdery, or oversized kibble, which can jam the dispenser.
Can I record my own voice for feeding time?
Yes. There's a 10-second voice recording feature, so your pet hears your voice calling them at each scheduled meal.
What's the difference between the single and double bowl versions?
The Double Bowl option (available in 6L) gives you two separate feeding bays in one unit, useful for feeding two pets or keeping two types of food separate. The Single Bowl option has one feeding bay.
Which capacity should I choose, 4L or 6L?
It depends on your pet's size, appetite, and how long you'll be away between refills. The 6L hopper holds more food than the 4L, and is also the only capacity available with the double bowl option.
Does it come with a power adapter?
A power adapter is included with the AU, EU, and US plug options. If you choose the USB Cable option, you'll need to supply your own USB power source instead of a wall adapter.

Each feeder comes with the unit itself, a USB cable, instructions, a desiccant pack to help keep kibble dry, and a removable stainless steel food tray.
How do I clean the feeder?
The stainless steel food tray lifts out for easy hand washing. Wipe down the hopper and outer housing with a dry or lightly damp cloth, keeping the electronic components away from water.
What happens if the power supply is interrupted?
The feeder is dual-powered, with the plug-in adapter set as the priority power source.
